• The returned product must meet all eligibility conditions outlined in our Return Policy
• Refunds will not be processed for rejected or non-compliant returns

• Refund will be processed with in 5-7 business days after approval
• The time taken for the refund amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
• Delays beyond our control may occur due to banking or technical issues

• Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method used during purchase
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via Bank Transfer / UPI after collecting required details

• Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable
• Handling, processing, or convenience charges may be deducted in certain cases
• Any applicable deductions will be communicated transparently
