RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Requests submitted after the specified return window will not be accepted under any circumstances
• The return period starts from the date the product is delivered

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be intact
• The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received

• Provide your order details along with the reason for return/exchange
• Our team will review and verify your request
• Upon approval, return pickup or self-return instructions will be provided
• Approved exchange will be delivered within 7-10 days.

Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect item delivered
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability in stock
• If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be processed instead

• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
